“Digital Business Innovation Paths” Event: How to take Digital Business Innovation to the next level? - Proceedings Now Available!

Jul 08 2014

July 8th, 2014 - Brussels, Belgium

Event Description

The “Digital Business Innovation Paths” event offers a unique opportunity to liaise with key stakeholders on Digital Business Innovation, Web Entrepreneurship and Future Internet and influence a set of recommendations (addressed to the European Commission and to other decision makers) in order to boost entrepreneurship, nurture business creativity and breed new forms of enterprises.

Building on the momentum of the brainstorming workshop Towards 2030 InterNet Business Innovation” that took place in Athens on March 20th-21st, 2014, the event aims at continuing the debate among researchers, enterprises, entrepreneurs and policy makers through keynote presentations, panel discussions, open statements and unevents that focus on:

  • Debating the research challenges towards new forms of enterprises: What technology advancements need to be in place in the future to bridge future research and innovation needs and facilitate stakeholders to fully develop their business vision and produce significant shared value in the Digital Economy?
  • Empowering entrepreneurship through research & innovation: What actions need to be concretely taken for leading enterprises, successful entrepreneurs, and forward-looking researchers to stimulate break-through innovation for added value products and services?
  • Inspiring digital business innovation: How to better support wanna-be entrepreneurs and innovators?
